All rental equipment must be returned clean, fully refueled, and in the same condition as when rented, normal wear and tear excepted. Equipment should be free of excessive dirt, mud, concrete, asphalt, vegetation, debris, or other materials that would require additional cleaning before the next rental.
Customers are responsible for refueling equipment with the correct fuel type prior to return. If equipment is returned without a full fuel tank, fuel charges and applicable service fees will be added to the rental invoice.
Equipment returned excessively dirty or requiring additional cleaning, detailing, pressure washing, debris removal, or maintenance preparation may be subject to a minimum cleaning charge if not repaid of $250, with additional charges based on the time and labor required.
Returning equipment clean and refueled helps ensure equipment is ready for the next customer and allows us to continue providing reliable, well-maintained equipment.
